I've been a storyteller for over 25 years and my purpose in life is to present people with the tools they need to navigate their lives and feel good about themselves.

Storytelling is an ancient art form and has the ability to transform and inform. I was given stories and those stories have helped me make sense of my life and situation and give value to myself and others.

I graduated from Newcastle University with a diploma in Life Coaching and lead workshops in storytelling and coaching for individuals and businesses. I work with youth and community groups as a Justice of the Peace, helping young people make better choices and give back to the community.

I am also a performer, musician and poet and I make regular appearances at festivals and events around London.

People need to feel loved, that they belong and that they are valued. We need to support and empower each other. If we can do that, the world will be a better place.
