Originally from Brittany, I am a chef with a passion for good, simple seasonal food made from organic produce and traditional recipes.
All you need to make and share great food are good, fresh ingredients and love. I have taught several workshops with The Amazings so far, baking many batches of tasty French bread and delicious biscuits the French way.
I’m the head chef at Get More Food, a social enterprise run by myself and my wife Judith in Kings Cross. We help young unemployed people and older residents of Islington and South Camden work together on catering projects to re-establish a sense of community and confidence in their ability to succeed.
From the country that gave us the baguette, learn to bake bread from one of their own.
